Order & Payment Terms

  • All orders placed on this website require confirmation from our team before they are finalized.
  • $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the rental.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than the day of delivery before the delivery is made.
  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash, and Credit Card (3% processing fee applies for credit card payments).

Rental Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Accept all listed rental items.
  • Be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Cover replacement costs for lost or damaged rental items.
  • Pay cleaning fees if additional cleaning is required to return rental items to their original condition.
  • Return all rental items on time. Late returns will incur additional charges.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.

Deposit & Confirmation

  • Orders are not confirmed until we manually review them and contact you.
  • The $75 deposit is non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
  • If payment is not completed upon delivery or pickup, your order may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Late Returns & Fees

  • All rentals must be returned in the same condition as provided.
  • Late returns will incur an additional charge per day until returned.
  • If a rental is not returned within a reasonable period, the renter will be responsible for replacement costs.

Cancellation Policy

  • The $75 deposit is non-refundable for all orders.
  • Customers may:
    1. Reschedule their event within 1 year.
    2. Receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, surcharge, and cancellation fee.

Tent Rental Cancellations:

  • Changes made at least 1 month prior to the event will not incur a fee.
  • Changes made between 1 month and 7 days prior to the event will result in a 50% late change fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery & Pickup Policies

  • Minimum Order for Delivery: $200
  • Delivery Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
  • Minimum Order for Pickup: $100
